We will never sell, distribute or use any of your personal, financial, or contact information without your explicit consent, except for as required by third parties such as shipping companies and financial institutions directly involved with processing your order or as required by law.

For marketing purposes, we do employ a tracking code that monitors how well our advertising campaign is performing. This tracking code utilizes cookies installed onto your computer that notify us if you came from one of our advertisement sources. Don’t worry; it does not track any personal information about you! Your bank account information, your billing address, your personal email and physical addresses, your favorite color, what your eco-vice is; all of the information you supply us will only be used to fulfill specific transactions which you explicitly authorize, and nothing more, without your specific consent.

Returns and Exchanges

We allow returns and exchanges for new and unworn products within 30 days of the purchase date. If you wish to make an exchange, we gladly cover return shipping to you. Shoot us an email to let us know your package is on its way back to us. Include a note in your package that tells us what you’d like to exchange your product for and the reason for exchange.

We strongly believe in all of the products we make. Should you notice any manufacturing defects in the products that you receive, please let us know asap and we will work to replace it quickly. If the product issue is our fault, we will take full responsibility and will refund or replace your goods. Email us (include a picture of the damage if you can) and we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label. In your email, please include your name, phone number, mailing address and an explanation of the problem. Undergarments cannot be returned.
